Boeing has applied for a US patent for its own "roadable" aircraft, or flying car. Its an autogyro with a scissor-type, deployable main rotor (that looks to be asymmetrical) that the company says is better than competing storable and transportable designs in which the rotors fold at the hub or telescope out.: E$ c1 @) m9 o w2 s$ y3 w
