Just like the piston in the hydraulic cylinder, turn the screw in, the pressure increases, if out, the pressure drops.

2 Z" B, R( u$ r; X+ D( d% e9 C) v3 PThe hole is like hydraulic cylinder, adjusting the pressure should be through turning in/out the screw.

不，那是另外一個螺栓，在頂部。標有德文SPANN-SCHRAUBE.
這個在底部。標為DOSIER-SCHRAUBE.
這個DOSIER孔什么作用？？

Dosier is dosing in English, to control specified amount of oil input. My understanding is that there should be two holes on your fixture as you mentioned, and this dosing screw is only for filling oil. Also you can use this hole to drain out the oil, but at the same time you need to remove the  SPANN-SCHRAUBE, you can figure out why. Normally during production nobody touches the dosing screw. It doesn't help you on roundness.
