! v6 N+ n5 h. c& ?5 q6 sExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

Key Responsibilities; f0 r! J) k6 V
• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.1 [. ^3 r& \4 [7 k& G
• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.
, L6 ]& k3 w2 t5 y6 H. |• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.- d; X! A4 b8 P1 Z. ?/ R
• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
$ t h y: G; \) B8 j• Identify and review jigs/fixtures which are used in machining process.$ J* A8 `( }( `* S1 p
• Select tools, cutting parameters and chose the best procedure of mass production.

• Work closely with quality team to analyze and solve quality problems.

. x) U1 h8 E# R( |+ J2 J• College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused.# r& i" m" W6 o
• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining., ~0 f* e4 {( d# ^$ h8 j
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software., x' P- Y% }' z8 S9 u* S5 [4 i
• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.
; g1 `. z1 E1 \5 }" |4 ?, `9 v• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively.
) V& P7 V; N% f; R8 f; W2 J• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
i* {. _! N2 u* ~/ b }+ }• Experience in measuring method and knowledge of material and heat-treatment.
, o' g1 I! e; k3 I, J/ o• Experience in setting up and writing CNC code and CAM software integration.
( A g$ y# x" n% n9 M• Have rich experience in many types of manufacture process included turning, milling, grinding, hobbing and CNC(4, 5axis), EDM, W/C etc.% A8 u6 G8 {* j+ ?: T3 _
• Be able to work effectively and efficiently.
